Craig A. Harvey is Assistant Professor of Roman Archaeology at the University of Alberta. His research focuses on the interplay between Roman imperialism and the environment in Rome\u2019s eastern provinces, with a particular interest in frontier studies as well as resource use and the building economy in Roman Arabia.
