Awards citations from 1965 to 2002 are available on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jstor.org\/journal\/amerjarch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">JSTOR<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.journals.uchicago.edu\/loi\/aja\">our UCP platform<\/a>. Prior to 2012, indexes were published in the printed AJA only and are available on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.journals.uchicago.edu\/loi\/aja\">our UCP platform<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Green Open Access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The AJA also supports green open access, or self-archiving. Authors may post a copy of their e-print, or final paginated version published in the journal, in their funding agency\u2019s or institution\u2019s secure digital repository after an embargo period of one year. Any reuse should include an acknowledgment to the AJA and the Archaeological Institute of America and a link to the version of record on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.journals.uchicago.edu\/toc\/aja\/current\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">University of Chicago Press site<\/a>. Authors should not post the pre-print (original manuscript before peer review and editing) or the post-print (final accepted version; i.e., after peer-review but without AJA editing and typesetting).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Affiliated Repositories<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Only the abstract and a link to the version of record should be posted in an institutional repository not affiliated with the AJA author.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Free Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Download all AJA content published before 1928.
