Nicholas F. Hudson is assistant professor in the Department of Art and Art History at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He earned his doctorate from the University of Minnesota, Department of Classical and Near Eastern Studies. He has conducted ceramic studies at Roman sites throughout the eastern Mediterranean and is currently involved with projects in Jordan and Egypt.
