Golden teaches in the departments of religious studies and anthropology and the Caspersen School of Graduate Studies. He is the author of <i>Ancient Canaan and Israel: New Perspectives<\/i> (Santa Barbara 2004) and <i>Dawn of the Metal Age<\/i> (forthcoming).
