Following her Ph.D. (Harvard, 2008), she served as the Associate Coordinator for Iraqi Cultural Heritage in the U.S. Department of State. She was also a postdoctoral research fellow at Emory University&rsquo;s Fox Center for Humanistic Inquiry.
