See also\u00a0<em>Chicago Manual of Style <\/em>(18th ed.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notes may consist of discussion only, discussion and bibliographical citation, or bibliographical citation only. Bibliographical citations in notes should appear in chronological order and be drawn from the list of works cited.
