All material to be considered as supplementary content must be clearly indicated as such and should be uploaded at the same time as the initial submission. It must be referred to in the manuscript at an appropriate point in the text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each file should be named \u201cOnline Appendix 1,\u201d \u201cOnline Appendix 2,\u201d etc., regardless of format, and referred to as such at the appropriate place in the manuscript text.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n A maximum of 20 additional figures may be posted in a collated PDF.
